We have proudly created a verification process that ensures all products we provide for you are authentic and never worn. Our products are inspected numerous times by our highly trained, specialist staff. All our specialists are required to undergo meticulous training and verify everything thoroughly - from the brand logo, label, condition, stitching, colour, texture to size and much more. We also verify product accuracy by checking if the product matches the invoice. 

With a collective of our experience and knowledge, we compare incoming products against a variety of industry sources: certified authentic live product and official product imagery (directly from the brand’s website). All items purchased at Hype Vault are guaranteed authentic and never worn; as deadstock as it can get.

Shipping 

Hype Vault ships locally and internationally. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday within 24 - 48 business hours of your order confirmation (excluding pre-orders) and delivered Monday - Friday between 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday before 12 pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will differ depending on the size, weight and destination of your parcel.

We provide free shipping in Malaysia and Singapore for local orders above RM 500. 

Our Malaysia courier partners are DHL eCommerce, Poslaju and J&T Express. If you prefer a specific courier company, please leave us a note so we can ship out your order accordingly.

All appropriate delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed upon checkout.

Shipping Times

Local (Malaysia) shipments:

West Malaysia: DHL eCommerce, Poslaju and J&T Express: 1-3 working days.

East Malaysia: DHL eCommerce, Poslaju and J&T Express: 3-5 working days.

Asian region: 

Aramex, FedEx, DHL and TNT: 5-7 working days. 

USA, UK, Europe and rest of the world:

FedEx, DHL, and TNT: 7-10 working days.

Please note that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Hype Vault cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval. As you can imagine, once the parcel has left Hype Vault, it is completely out of our control. We trust our shipping partner to deliver your parcel in the quickest time possible and ask that our valued customers please be patient with the process.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your order is approved, we will dispatch it within 24 to 48 business hours.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details with tracking number, courier service and estimated arrival date after your order is dispatched. Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 1-3 business days (West Malaysia shipments), 3-5 business days (East Malaysia shipments) and 5-10 business days (international shipments) from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and the estimated arrival date. If you've registered an account with us, you can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your Hype Vault account.

Please keep in mind that while we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs clearance, courier delays or failed payment approval.

Self Pick-Up 

You may collect your order from our store within 2-4 working days after purchasing. Please note, this service is only available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). An email will be sent to you once your order is at the store and ready to be collected. Our staff may also contact you through Whatsapp to arrange your self pick-up time and date conveniently. Your order will be kept at the store for 7 days from the date of purchase. If it is not picked up after 7 days, your order will be returned back to our warehouse.
