Hype Vault delivers locally and internationally. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours of your order confirmation (excluding pre-orders) and delivered Monday - Friday between 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday before 12 pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will differ depending on the size, weight and destination of your parcel.
All appropriate delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed upon checkout.
Local (Malaysia) shipments:
Poslaju, City-Link, DHL eCommerce and J&T Express: 1-3 working days.
FedEx, DHL, EMS and TNT: 5-7 working days.
USA, UK, Europe and rest of the world:
FedEx, DHL, and TNT: 7-10 working days.
Please note that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Hype Vault cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval. Please keep in mind that our team will try our best to minimize any potential delays.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your order is approved, we will dispatch it within 48 hours.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details with tracking number, courier service and estimated arrival date after your order is dispatched. Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 1-3 business days (local shipments) and 5-10 business days (international shipments) from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. If you've registered an account with us, you can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your Hype Vault account.
