If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We purchase our products for your specific needs. So returns may not be always possible. However, under some specific conditions, we may accept returns. To request a return you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hype Vault is made to make you happy. We back this up with our return and refund policy. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 48 hours from the date you received it.
Please note that we only accept returns if we, Hype Vault delivered the wrong product to you or the product is faulty or the returned product does not match its description.
Returns only apply to new and non-sale (regular priced) items. Pre-owned items are not eligible for returns.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any product.
If under any circumstance it has to be returned, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods that are pre-owned cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email us in order to receive the return address for the product. Only after receiving and inspecting the product, a refund will be issued after 3-5 working days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card or bank account (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, all sale items are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over MYR 300.00 ($75), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
