The women's basketball team from Howard University receives their own pair of Air Jordan 1 Low OG PEs

Jordan Brand recognises Howard University with its own Air Jordan 1 Low OG PE in addition to UNC and UCLA. Howard stands apart from the rest of the collegiate PE pack because Jordan Brand gave pairs of the Women's basketball team's shoes as gifts, while the UNC and UCLA football teams received the other AJ1 Low PEs.

The Air Jordan 1 Low OG is transformed into the famous HBCU with Red suede overlays and a White leather sole. The little Nike Swoosh on the forefoot contrasts with the Navy Blue Swoosh's pebbled exterior.

The insole has the Howard University Bison insignia and is combined with a silk Red quilted sockliner. White Air Jordan Wings on the heel tab and a Navy Blue Nike Air tongue tag serve as finishing touches.
