A tribute to the 20th anniversary of the original Air Jordan collaboration.
Back in 2005, UNDEFEATED became Jordan Brand's inaugural collaborative partner by creating an Air Jordan 4 inspired by the MA-1 flight jacket, limited to just 72 pairs. Since then, the UNDEFEATED x Air Jordan 4 has achieved iconic status in sneaker culture, commanding high prices on the resale market.
Now, reports from eldenmonitors, House of Heat, and zsneakerheadz indicate that the UNDEFEATED x Air Jordan 4 will return in 2025 to mark its 20th anniversary. While photos of the reissue haven't surfaced yet (the image above shows the original 2005 pair), leaked color specifications suggest a faithful retro release in "Deep Green/Clementine/Black/Sail." Details about any potential color blocking updates, material changes, or the return of the removable Velcro Jumpman badge remain uncertain.
Over the past 19 years, the color scheme of the UNDEFEATED x Air Jordan 4 has become synonymous with UNDEFEATED's style. The shoe has also influenced subsequent releases like the Air Jordan 4 Craft “Medium Olive” in 2023 and was revisited in the UNDEFEATED x Air Jordan 37 in 2022. Despite rumors surrounding a 2018 sample, the shoe's reissue is now confirmed amid the Air Jordan 4's rising popularity within Jordan Brand's retro lineup, surpassing even the Air Jordan 1.
Look forward to the return of the UNDEFEATED x Air Jordan 4 as part of Jordan Brand's summer 2025 releases, with more details expected to emerge soon.
