LeBron sported the unreleased AF1 during the launch of his LeBron 23s in Shanghai, China.
Hypebeast was on the ground in Shanghai, China with Nike to witness the unveiling of LeBron James’ 23rd signature shoe, timed perfectly ahead of his 23rd NBA season. The milestone celebration brought plenty of attention to the new LeBron 23 and the debut of the House of LeBron in Shanghai. However, it wasn’t just the signature sneaker that caught people’s eyes.
During the event, LeBron was spotted wearing an unreleased pair of Nike Air Force 1 Lows that immediately drew attention. The never-before-seen design featured a sleek navy patent leather upper, paired with a matching semi-translucent sole for a polished look. The tongue carried a debossed “AF1 LBJ” logo, while a muted gold dubrae tied the details together with a subtle yet premium finish.
When asked, Nike confirmed that the sneakers were a 1-of-1 made exclusively for LeBron himself. However, the brand hinted that a potential general release could be considered down the line, sparking excitement among fans eager for a closer chance at the exclusive pair.
