Fresh from the excitement in Paris.
The current Olympics has drawn people from various places to Paris, where the city has become a focal point for discussions and brand activities, particularly for Nike. Following its recent tech-focused event in the city, Nike is introducing a special version of the SB Dunk Low, dubbed “Trocadéro Gardens,” as a tribute to one of Paris's iconic locations.
Inspired by the architecture of the Jardins du Trocadéro, the shoe's color scheme mirrors the lush surroundings. The design features premium brown suede on the toe box and ankle collar for a luxurious feel, complemented by matching laces and inner lining. Pink accents adorn the side panels, while light grey hues are used for the Swoosh and overlays, potentially hinting at a tear-away effect. The sneaker also incorporates a unique blotchy detail on the Swoosh and overlays, while the insole branding has a mud-like appearance. Completing the look is a marbleized outsole on the tongue labels and rubber outsole.
The Nike SB Dunk Low “Trocadéro Gardens” is expected to hit shelves in Fall 2024, available at select retailers and online through Nike for $125 USD.
