Hold Your Cough, It's All Strawberries From Here On Out! The Nike SB Dunk High Strawberry Cough is here.

Even coming into 2021, there was no official release info from Nike for this year's 4/20 drop. However finally, late into October, we have news that the Dunk high is going to be released.

The Nike SB Dunk High “Strawberry Cough” is designed by Todd Bratrud who is a well known artist for designing 4/20 sneakers for Nike SB. His most recognized work is the classic “Skunk Dunk” and “White Widow” SB Dunk Mid. As the name “Strawberry Cough” is used to honor the cannabis strain, the shoes were designed with strawberry-like hairy green suede panels with a coughing strawberry graphic at the heel of the Dunk High.

Nike SB really worked hard to get spot on details of these shoes to match the name. The mudguards, toeboxes, eyestays, and quarter panel are done with striking red leather and are enveloped with seed-like dots- except for the upper toe box which is just smooth red leather.

The white collar tongue which hides the secret stash pocket is put on with red Nike SB branding. A soft green heel tab adds more to the name reference and translucent outsoles that encase the sneakers give the final touches. Makes it look smokey perhaps?
