First Look at the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Celtics' (2023)

Primarily launched in 2009 in the Air Jordan 1 “Defining Moments Pack” (DMP) which pays homage to Michael Jordan’s 63-point game against the Boston Celtics in the 1986 NBA Playoffs, the sneaker utilizes the Chicago color blocking, replacing traditional red with Celtics Green on the ankle flap and heel counter alongside black overlays on the white leather base.

Unlike the 2009 drop, the Jumpman is replaced with Nike Air branding on the tongue and the Jumpman stitched on the heel is removed completely. From there, a white midsole and Celtics green outsole finish the sneaker's design.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Celtics” is scheduled to drop on April 15, 2023 via SNKRS and at select retailers. Check out more photos below, courtesy of House of Heat.
