Celebrating five years since the BAPE store opened inside COMME des GARÇONS’ Osaka flagship.

In celebration of the five-year anniversary of the BAPE store located within COMME des GARÇONS’ Osaka flagship, the two iconic brands came together for a special collaboration. Known for their influential roles in the streetwear and fashion world, BAPE and COMME des GARÇONS marked the milestone with an exclusive anniversary capsule that reflected their shared aesthetic sensibilities.

The highlight of the release was a minimalist all-white BAPE STA sneaker. This classic silhouette was subtly elevated with refined gray COMME des GARÇONS lettering on each upper, offering a clean and understated look while still capturing the spirit of both labels. The design paid homage to the long-standing partnership and mutual respect between the two brands.

The commemorative sneaker was released exclusively at the COMME des GARÇONS Osaka flagship store on April 29, serving as a fitting tribute to five years of collaboration and presence in one of Japan’s most notable retail spaces.
