Action Bronson Previews a New Balance 1890 “Baklava” Sneaker Drop

The Action Bronson x New Balance 1890 “Baklava” is the latest collaboration between the Queens-born rapper-chef and the Boston-based brand, following his successful 990v6 “Baklava” series. The sneaker blends classic runner elements with bold technical details, featuring contoured overlays, ventilated underlays, rugged boot-style laces, and a full-length ABZORB midsole with boxy cushioning pods for comfort.

The original blue colorway combines denim blue and gray with teal “N” logos and red accents, creating a performance-ready yet expressive look. Bronson has now teased a new gray colorway, which mixes materials with navy “N” logos, yellow and forest green highlights, and brown laces. Both colorways reflect Bronson’s signature collaborative design language, and more details and images are expected as the releases approach via New Balance.
