The much-anticipated follow-up is anticipated to hit shelves in May.

After 8 months since its initial reveal, we now have a closer look at J Balvin’s Air Jordan 3 “Rio” and a clearer release date. Following the "Medellín Sunset," this iteration pays tribute to the Colombian artist's son with purple to yellow gradients. Set to release on May 22 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers, the shoe starts at $250 USD. 

It features a sleek, black design with solar flare and total crimson abyss accents, including an all-black leather base with grey elephant print overlays, a multicolor gradient midsole, and translucent heel tabs bearing J Balvin's logo.
