Another University of Oregon-inspired colorway is set to release this year.

University of Oregon fans have had an exciting fall, with their football team currently ranked as the top program in the nation and the release of two highly anticipated “What The Duck” colorways of the Nike Dunk Low, which caused a stir in the sneaker community last month. The collaboration between Nike and the University of Oregon, under the Ducks of a Feather program, has been a major talking point, and the release of these colorways added to the excitement. Initially, it was believed that only two colorways would be part of the collaboration, but fans were left wondering about the third design, which was teased earlier.

However, it seems that Nike and the Ducks of a Feather team have been saving the third colorway for a special occasion. An all-black version of the “What The Duck” Dunk Low has recently been spotted, featuring the same football uniform-inspired detailing that made the previous releases so popular. The sleek all-black build with subtle design elements is a nod to the school’s athletic legacy, and it further strengthens the expanding partnership between the University of Oregon and Nike. Although neither Division Street nor Nike has confirmed an official release date for this all-black colorway, it’s expected to drop by the end of the year. Fans can look forward to more updates and a closer look at this exciting design as the release approaches.
