3-Day Exchange Policy (Clothing Only)
We offer a one-time exchange within 3 days of purchase (for in-store) or receiving the item (for online orders), for clothing items only, subject to the following terms:
- Valid for clothing only. Footwear, accessories, collectibles, and other items are not eligible.
- Items must be brand new, unworn, and have original tags and packaging fully intact.
- Exchanges are strictly for the same brand and design only, subject to stock availability.
- If the desired size or item is unavailable, we may offer an exchange for another item at our discretion, subject to approval.
- Exchange items must be of the same value. If higher, customers must top up. No refunds will be given for lower-priced items.
- For online purchases, customers must contact (call/SMS/WhatsApp) our Fulfillment Client Care team (+6011-7023 8271) within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Return shipping timelines apply once approval has been granted. Alternatively, customers may also return the item in person to any Hype Vault store, but must inform the Fulfillment Client Care team first to coordinate.
- For in-store purchases, customers must return to the original store within 3 calendar days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Sale prices, promotions, and discount tiers are non-transferable across different promotional periods. All exchanges are subject to the pricing, promotions, and discounts applicable at the time of the original purchase.

Items purchased during a promotional period (sale) may only be exchanged under the same promotion or discount tier, regardless of any ongoing or future sales or promotions.

Please note that prices may change over time. We cannot guarantee that the price paid during a sale period will be the same at the time of exchange. If the exchange item is priced higher (for example, a different size or variant), customers are required to top up the price difference.
- All exchanges are subject to final inspection and approval by our team.

Return shipping timeline: Once the return or exchange request has been approved and confirmed by Hype Vault, the customer is required to ship the item back to us within three (3) days. Failure to ship the item within this timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of the exchange request, and the case will be considered closed. Hype Vault reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the item is shipped after the stated timeframe without prior notice or approval.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated above.
