Shipping
Hype Vault ships locally and internationally. Orders are fulfilled within 24–48 hours after your order confirmation (excluding pre-orders), from Monday to Friday.
Please note: Orders confirmed after 11:00 AM (MYT), or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that certain orders may require additional verification. In such cases, processing and fulfillment times may be slightly extended to ensure order accuracy and payment security. If verification is required, our team will contact you promptly.
As every order is unique, shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel.
We provide free shipping within Malaysia and Singapore for local orders above RM500.
Our Malaysia courier partners are DHL eCommerce, Poslaju and CityLink. If you prefer a specific courier company, please leave us a note and we will ship your order accordingly whenever possible.
All suitable delivery options available for your order and destination will be shown at checkout.
Once dispatched, deliveries take place Monday–Friday between 9 am to 6 pm and on Saturday before 12 pm.
Shipping Times
Local (Malaysia) shipments:
West Malaysia: DHL eCommerce, Poslaju and CityLink: 1-3 working days.
East Malaysia: DHL eCommerce, Poslaju and CityLink: 3-5 working days.
Asian region:
Aramex, SF Express, UPS, FedEx, DHL and TNT: 5-7 working days.
USA, UK, Europe and rest of the world:
Aramex, SF Express, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT: 7-10 working days.
Please note that shipping timelines are provided as a guide only and are calculated from the time of dispatch (not from order dates). Hype Vault is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or failed payment approvals. Once a parcel has been handed over to our shipping partner, delivery timelines are subject to their handling and processes. We work closely with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience should any unforeseen delays occur.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes and International Orders
All international orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
Hype Vault does not cover, reimburse, or accept liability for any such charges, nor are we responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If the recipient refuses to pay the required duties and taxes, resulting in the shipment being returned, held, or destroyed, any charges incurred — including return shipping, customs handling, storage, or destruction fees — will be deducted from any applicable refund or billed directly to the customer.
In cases where the parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs due to non-payment, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Hype Vault complies with all customs regulations and is legally obligated to declare the full and accurate value of all merchandise in accordance with international shipping laws.
Refusal to Pay Duties & Returned Parcels
International customers are fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by their country. These charges must be paid upon delivery and are not included in the total at checkout.
If a shipment is refused by the customer due to unpaid duties or taxes and is returned to us, the following will apply:
- Any return fees, customs charges, and associated costs will be deducted from your refund.
- If the return cost exceeds the value of the item, or if the parcel is abandoned or destroyed, no refund will be provided.
- In cases where the parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs due to non-payment, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Hype Vault is not responsible for any loss, delay, or disposal of goods resulting from a customer’s refusal to accept delivery due to unpaid customs fees.
Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your order is approved, we will dispatch it within 24 to 48 business hours.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details with tracking number, courier service and estimated arrival date after your order is dispatched. Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 1-3 business days (West Malaysia shipments), 3-5 business days (East Malaysia shipments) and 5-10 business days (international shipments) from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and the estimated arrival date. If you've registered an account with us, you can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your Hype Vault account.
Please keep in mind that while we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs clearance, courier delays or failed payment approval.
Self Pick-Up
You may collect your order from our store within 2-4 working days after purchasing. An email will be sent to you once your order is at the store and ready to be collected. Our staff may also contact you through Whatsapp to arrange your self pick-up time and date conveniently. Your order will be kept at the store for 7 days from the date of purchase. If it is not picked up after 7 days, your order will be returned back to our warehouse. If you would like it to be reshipped, do email us at hello@hypevault.co.
