Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hype Vault.
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the scope of the policy outlined below.
General Returns & Refunds
At Hype Vault, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and/or refunds, except in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is faulty or defective.
- The product does not match its description.
To request a return for the above reasons, please contact us at hello@hypevault.co within 48 hours of receiving your order. Returns are only applicable to new, unused, non-sale (regular priced) items. Pre-owned items are not eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, not damaged, and in original condition.
- It must be complete (including laces, insoles, tags, etc.) and in original packaging.
- Garment tags and labels must be intact and not removed.
- A receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the item are required.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days. In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, if applicable.
Please Note: Any item returned that does not meet the above conditions, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible.
Hype Vault reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange requests if the claim is deemed fraudulent, abusive, or does not comply with our policy.
3-Day Exchange Policy (Clothing Only)
We offer a one-time exchange within 3 days of:
- Purchase (for in-store orders)
- Receiving the item (for online orders)
This exchange policy applies to clothing items only (footwear, accessories, collectibles, and other items are not eligible) and is subject to the following terms:
- Items must be brand new, unworn, with original tags and packaging fully intact.
- Exchanges are valid for the same brand and design only, and are subject to availability.
- If the desired item/size is unavailable, an alternative exchange may be offered at our discretion.
- The exchange item must be of equal value. If higher, the price difference must be topped up.
- No refunds will be given for lower-priced items.
To initiate an exchange:
- For online purchases, WhatsApp our Fulfillment Client Care team at 011-7023 8271 within 3 days of receiving your item. Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
- For in-store purchases, customers must return to the original store within 3 calendar days of purchase with their receipt.
Exchanges are subject to final inspection and approval by Hype Vault.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card or bank account (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Hype Vault reserves the right not to disclose the reasons for unsuccessful returns or refunds or exchanges and to reject any claims from fraudulent users.
Hype Vault reserves the right to reject any claims from users who exhibit abusive behaviors or are suspected of fraudulent conduct.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, all sale items are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@hypevault.co
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over MYR 300.00 ($75), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
