CNY Sale Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Hype Vault’s CNY Sale. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Promotion Period
The CNY Sale is valid from 23 December 2025 until 28 February 2026, unless stated otherwise. Hype Vault reserves the right to amend or end the promotion without prior notice.

Discount Offer
Customers enjoy 25% OFF storewide on all eligible ready-stock items. The discount is automatically applied at checkout (online and in-store). No promo code is required.

Exclusions

This promotion does not apply to pre-orders.

Clearance Sale items are not combinable with the CNY Sale and must be billed separately.

Non-Stackable
The CNY Sale discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, vouchers, discount codes, membership points or offers.

Mystery Box Giveaway

Every purchase made during the campaign period qualifies customers for one (1) entry into the Mystery Box Giveaway worth RM 8,888.

The winner will be selected after the campaign period ends, at a time determined solely by Hype Vault.

The selected winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

For privacy and data protection reasons, the winner’s details will not be publicly announced.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, or fails to respond, Hype Vault reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Mystery Box contents are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Hype Vault’s decision regarding the winner and the giveaway process is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

No refunds are allowed for all sale items.

Exchanges are allowed for clothing items only, within 3 days of receiving, subject to stock availability and in accordance with Hype Vault’s standard exchange policy.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Stock Availability
All items are subject to availability while stocks last. Adding items to cart does not guarantee reservation until checkout is completed.

General

Hype Vault reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any transaction deemed suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
