Initially teased by Vanessa Bryant, it is the first pair now anticipated for a public release.
News of Nike officially relaunching its Kobe line last year excited the sneaker community. Although last year's releases were limited in designs and availability, the line is set for a major comeback in 2024 with numerous new and familiar colorways already spotted.
Vanessa Bryant has been revealing player-exclusive designs on her Instagram, such as a "Valentine’s Day" Kobe 8 Protro, a "Leopard" rendition, and a hot pink Kobe 4 Protro, sparking hope among collectors for public releases. Recently, she revealed a "Dodgers" PE on the Kobe 6 Protro, featuring Dodgers’ blue and white with red accents on the tongue and heel. While Bryant’s use of “#PE” suggests it won’t release soon, fans should stay tuned for updates on the Nike Kobe line.
Vanessa Bryant also previewed this Kobe 6 "Dodgers" pair, originally gifted to the Los Angeles Dodgers in April. While no pairs had been rumored for release until now, reports from Elden Monitors and House of Heat indicate a "Game Royal" Kobe 6 Protro colorway might arrive in summer 2025, likely featuring the "Dodgers" color scheme.
