To commemorate Michael Jordan's championship-winning season at the Chapel Hill-based university, the "82" is highlighted in yellow.

Michael Jordan will always give the University of North Carolina top priority when it comes to acquiring unique goods because it's his alma mater. An extremely uncommon pair of the Air Jordan 6 'UNC' PE, which pays homage to the university's six national championships, has just appeared. The Chapel Hill-based university's basketball programme is known for giving its players and coaches a variety of player exclusives to rock on and off the hardwood.

The trainers' unconventional design has buttery suede upper panels that are coloured blue to match the colour of the neoprene tongue panels and laces. The years that the Tar Heels won the NCAA national title are listed in a series of numbers that can be found around the heels of each pair of shoes. The year that Michael Jordan led his team to a victory is shown by the yellow outline around the "82" on the left shoe's heel. The aforementioned numbers, rear midsole moulds, and frosty tongues and bottoms all have Tar Heel-friendly blue accents.

Anyone interested in purchasing the pair can do so right away in-store at UNTIED LA.
