Anticipated to be seen on shelves throughout the holiday season.
Professional skater Shinpei Ueno is the head of the Japanese record label TIGHTBOOTH, which has made a name for itself internationally in recent years. The company has partnered with other colleagues, including BLOHM, to achieve this. By collaborating with Nike and the Nike SB team on an SB Dunk Low, it now seeks to maintain its ascent.
The upcoming version, which Ueno himself previewed, reinvents the upper of the SB Dunk Low by combining textures and materials in an unusual way. First, a black hairy suede is used for the base. In contrast, off-white overlays with a scratch texture pair with laces and lining in the same shade. The lateral Swoosh is reflective black, and the medial one probably has the same design. Along with the customary Nike SB tongue tag, TIGHTBOOTH branding is arranged in a dotted pattern on the padded tongue. An orange sockliner with TIGHTBOOTH branding completes this early glimpse. It matches the thin lateral tag beneath the Swoosh.
Release is santicipated for this holiday season, with a $135 USD price tag, through Nike and specific skate stores.
