The Nike Dunk Low made its return with the Dunk Low GTX “Black,” engineered to handle all weather conditions. This version of the classic 1985 basketball silhouette combined a sleek, monochromatic look with top-tier waterproofing technology, making it a reliable option for rainy and cold-weather environments. The design retained the iconic Dunk Low structure while introducing technical enhancements that elevated both performance and style.
The upper was constructed entirely from premium leather with a GORE-TEX® membrane sealed inside, ensuring complete protection from rain and snow while maintaining breathability. Subtle GORE-TEX branding appeared on the lateral side near the Swoosh, signaling the shoe’s all-weather functionality. The “Triple Black” colorway was complemented by the weatherproofed leather, which offered a sophisticated matte finish and prevented the silhouette from appearing flat. Extending from the upper down to the rugged rubber outsole, the uniform black design created a stealthy, versatile look perfect for fall and winter outfits. The Dunk Low GTX “Black” ultimately answered fans’ long-standing requests for a weatherproof iteration of the iconic Dunk Low.
