LEGO and Nike have officially kicked off their highly anticipated multi-year partnership with the launch of their first collaborative product—a 1,180-piece Nike Dunk LEGO set. Originally announced in August of last year, the partnership promised a range of co-branded products, content, and immersive experiences. After months of buildup and speculation, fans are finally seeing the first results of this unique crossover between sneaker culture and creative play.
The LEGO Nike Dunk set includes several playful and detailed elements designed to celebrate the legacy of the iconic sneaker. At the center of the kit is a buildable model of the Nike Dunk, complete with functional and hidden storage compartments ideal for holding accessories like championship rings or extra laces. Alongside the sneaker, the set features a movable brick-built basketball toy, a freestanding “Dunk” logo display, and a minifigure named B’Ball Head. This exclusive minifigure wears a “Nike 72” basketball jersey and is equipped with a miniature version of the Dunk sneakers, adding a whimsical touch to the collectible.
According to LEGO and Nike, the set is meant to celebrate over 40 years of the Nike Dunk, blending the creative world of LEGO building with the cultural significance of basketball and sneaker design. The LEGO Nike Dunk set officially goes on sale on July 1 for $99.99 USD. However, as of July 4, it is already available for pre-order on LEGO’s official webshop, giving fans early access to one of the most unique releases of the year.
