Initial Preview of the Air Jordan 11 Low “Year of the Snake”

One of several sneakers inspired by the Lunar New Year that Jordan Brand will release next year.

Jordan Brand has embraced the Lunar New Year celebration with themed collections in recent years. For 2024, the lineup includes a range of styles from the Air Jordan 1 Low OG to the Air Jordan 38 “Year of the Dragon,” and the brand is set to continue this trend into 2025 for the Year of the Snake.

The first sneaker revealed from next year’s “Year of the Snake” collection is an Air Jordan 11 Low colorway, featuring a distinctive snakeskin mudguard instead of the usual patent leather. This gray element wraps around the predominantly white sneaker, complemented by a tumbled leather upper. At this time, Jordan Brand has not announced specific plans for the “Year of the Snake” collection, but this new iteration of the Air Jordan 11 Low is expected to be part of it. Stay tuned for updates and official images as this pair is anticipated to launch next spring via Nike SNKRS and select retailers.
