Jordan Brand is set to mark the 35th anniversary of the Air Jordan 4 in 2024, and a significant part of this celebration includes a reissue of the original "Military Blue" colorway. Recently unveiled, this colorway is one of the initial four options for Michael Jordan's fourth signature sneaker, alongside the well-known "White Cement," "Black Cement/Bred," and "Fire Red" iterations. The "Military Blue" last appeared in 2012, but the 2024 re-release stays true to the original with an OG Nike Air logo on the heel, a departure from the Jumpman logo on the previous retro.
@zsneakerheadz revealed the upcoming retro, featuring the familiar white and grey color scheme with blue accents. While some Jordan Brand enthusiasts have voiced concerns about the shade of blue and contrasting tones based on leaked images, these apprehensions often subside when official images are released. The Air Jordan 4 "Military Blue" is anticipated to return in various sizes on May 11, 2024, with men's pairs priced at $215 USD. Stay tuned for further updates as the release date approaches.
