The highly exclusive 300-pair release marked a rare collaboration with Flight Club.
Nike and Division Street’s Ducks of a Feather program teamed up with Flight Club to unveil the ultra-limited Ducks of a Feather x Nike Air Max 1 “Tokyo”. Designed as a celebration of the connection between the University of Oregon and Japanese sneaker culture, the project also supported Oregon student-athletes through its release.
The sneaker featured a premium grey-based color scheme inspired by Tokyo’s appreciation for simplicity and craftsmanship, while vibrant multicolor accents paid tribute to the energy and neon-lit streets of districts such as Shibuya and Harajuku. Custom details included a Duck head graphic, colorful design elements representing the global Ducks community, and Japanese lettering on the tongue that translated to “GO DUCKS.”
Blending cultural storytelling with exclusive design, the collaboration continued the Ducks of a Feather program’s growing partnership with Nike while highlighting the shared influence of sport, education, and sneaker culture.
