Check out the debut of the J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 "Rio".

Even if J Balvin and Jimmy Butler being spotted playing basketball outside in New York City might have been enough to draw attention, it was his shoes that got people's attention. Introducing his fourth Jordan Brand collaboration, the Air Jordan 3, which comes in a brand-new colorway called "Rio." The Colombian singer's first collaboration with the company saw the release of the Air Jordan 1 "Colores Y Vibras" in December 2020, followed by the Air Jordan 2 in 2022 and the Air Jordan 3 "Medelln Sunset" in 2023.

The "Rio" hue will now be available soon, and it is named for his son, Rio, who was born in June 2021. The next shoe is a sleek, black rendition of the iconic style that comes in a colour combination of black, solar flare, and completely crimson abyss. All-black leather makes up the shoe's foundation, while the toe and heels have overlays with a grey elephant print. The multi-color gradient midsole, the transparent heel tabs with J Balvin's logo, and other special accents help to link the silhouette to his son Rio.

Watch for the $250 USD J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 "Rio" to release in the summer of 2024 at select shops and online at Nike.
