An On-Foot Preview of the 'The Wizard of Oz' x Nike SB Dunk Low

Nike SB Dunk Low is set to make a splash with a new colorway inspired by "The Wizard of Oz." This upcoming release features a striking poppy field design, incorporating vibrant hues of orange, red, yellow, green, and black, reminiscent of the iconic scene from the 1939 film where Dorothy and The Cowardly Lion fall asleep in the field. The sneaker's standout feature is its tearaway upper, which reveals a “Red Ruby Slipper” layer underneath the floral pattern, adding an extra layer of intrigue. Additionally, the heel is adorned with the quote “No Place Like Home” embroidered in gold.

This isn’t the first time the SB Dunk Low has been influenced by the Oz franchise; a “Dorothy” colorway was previously released in 2015. Although Nike has yet to officially announce the release details for this new collaboration, it is expected to drop by the end of 2024 through Nike SNKRS and select skate shops.
