The latest collaboration brought refined storytelling to Nike’s most responsive running silhouette.
A Ma Maniére continued its storytelling-driven approach through a new collaboration with Nike, unveiling the Nike Pegasus Premium as part of its “Timing Is Everything” campaign. Centered around themes of Black love, wellness, and community, the project explored the idea that meaningful connections are often formed through patience, movement, and shared experiences.
Set against the backdrop of Texas Southern University, the campaign introduced two distinct colorways that reflected different aspects of the story. The “Black and Burgundy Crush” edition represented strength, depth, and stability, while the “Summit White and Metallic Silver” version embodied clarity, softness, and optimism. Together, the designs highlighted the balance between individuality and connection.
Beyond its storytelling elements, the Pegasus Premium was built with Nike’s most advanced running technologies. The sneaker featured a lightweight engineered mesh upper for breathability and support, while a combination of ZoomX foam, a sculpted Air Zoom unit, and ReactX foam delivered responsive cushioning and energy return.
By combining performance innovation with meaningful cultural narratives, the collaboration further reinforced A Ma Maniére’s ability to create products that resonate beyond footwear, blending sport, style, and community into a single experience.
